Day'Ron Sharpe
Day'Ron Sharpe records four steals vs. Clippers
Sun, Jan 25, 2026, 5:30 PM
Day'Ron Sharpe finished Sunday's loss to the Clippers with eight points (3-of-5 FGs, 2-of-3 FTs), six rebounds, two assists, four steals and one blocked shot.
Analysis: Since Nic Claxton (six points, six rebounds, one assist, two steals and one blocked shot) was available, Sharpe was consigned to the bench on Sunday. However, he still posted a solid stat line, including a career-high four steals (his third time reaching this mark). While Sharpe's fantasy ceiling right now depends on Claxton's availability, he has the look of a player who could be a standout during the “silly season.” The Nets play four games in Week 15, including a midweek back-to-back, so now is a good time for deep-league managers to kick the tires on Sharpe.
Terance Mann
BKN starts Dëmin, Powell, Mann, Porter, Claxton
Sun, Jan 25, 2026, 2:36 PM
NBA Lineups
Egor Dëmin, Drake Powell, Terance Mann, Michael Porter Jr. and Nic Claxton will start Sunday's game against the Clippers.
Analysis: The Nets won't have Noah Clowney for Sunday's game, opening up a spot in the starting lineup. The void will be filled by Mann, who offers limited fantasy value regardless of where he is in the rotation.
Noah Clowney
Noah Clowney (back) downgraded to out Sunday
Sun, Jan 25, 2026, 8:48 AM
C.J. Holmes
Noah Clowney (back) is out for Sunday's game against the Clippers.
Analysis: Clowney was initially doubtful for Sunday's game, so his absence is unsurprising. Danny Wolf and Jalen Wilson should see their playing time increase. While Wolf has more starts under his belt this season, he's yet to start alongside Michael Porter Jr., so he may be consigned to a bench role on Sunday.
Cam Thomas
Cam Thomas (ankle) out Sunday vs. LA Clippers
Sat, Jan 24, 2026, 2:21 PM
NBA Injury Report
Cam Thomas (ankle) is out for Sunday's game against the Clippers.
Analysis: While hamstring injuries have been the reason given for limiting Thomas' playing time in the past, a sprained left ankle sidelines him for the first game of the Nets' road trip. Drake Powell's playing time may increase after he logged 20 minutes in Friday's double-overtime loss to the Celtics. If it isn't “silly season” already in Brooklyn, it's approaching.
Noah Clowney
Noah Clowney (back) doubtful Sunday vs. LAC
Sat, Jan 24, 2026, 2:14 PM
NBA Injury Report
Noah Clowney (back) is doubtful for Sunday's game against the Clippers.
Analysis: Clowney played 43 of a possible 58 minutes in Friday's double-overtime loss to the Celtics. If he can't play on Sunday, that would likely free up additional minutes for Danny Wolf, and Jalen Wilson could enter the rotation after picking up a DNP-CD on Friday.
Michael Porter
MPJ bounces back with 30 points in 2OT loss
Fri, Jan 23, 2026, 5:53 PM
Michael Porter Jr. led the Nets with 30 points (9-of-19 FGs), eight rebounds, four assists, one block and four three-pointers in a 130-126 double overtime loss to the Celtics on Friday.
Analysis: MPJ matched his season low for scoring in Wednesday's blowout loss to the Knicks. However, he was able to get back on track in this one and score at least 30 points for the second time this month. He has had an incredible season, and while he has been quieter in recent weeks, he has significantly improved his value around the league. He'll look to stay hot against the Clippers on Sunday.
Michael Porter
Michael Porter Jr. scores 12 in blowout defeat
Wed, Jan 21, 2026, 4:19 PM
Michael Porter Jr. finished Wednesday's loss to the Knicks with 12 points (4-of-14 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), six rebounds, one assist and three three-pointers.
Analysis: Wednesday was a night to forget for Porter and the Nets, who were on the wrong end of a 120-66 outcome. Due to the nature of the game, MPJ played only 26 minutes and didn't shoot well. He and the Nets will look to redeem themselves on Friday when they host the Celtics.
Day'Ron Sharpe
Day'Ron Sharpe (illness) available Wednesday
Wed, Jan 21, 2026, 7:07 AM
NBA Injury Report
Day'Ron Sharpe (illness) is available for Wednesday's matchup with the Knicks.
Analysis: Sharpe sat out Monday's loss to Phoenix, but he'll be back after a one-game absence. Sharpe's availability should mean a decrease in playing time for Nic Claxton, who logged 37 minutes against the Suns.
Day'Ron Sharpe
Day'Ron Sharpe (illness) questionable Wednesday
Tue, Jan 20, 2026, 10:56 AM
NBA Injury Report
Day'Ron Sharpe (illness) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Knicks.
Analysis: Sharpe was not available for Monday's loss to the Suns, which factored into starting center Nic Claxton playing 37 minutes. While Danny Wolf and Jalen Wilson can absorb a few of the minutes that would usually go to Sharpe, his availability affects Claxton, who should already be rostered in standard leagues, the most.
Cam Thomas
Cam Thomas (hamstring) absent from injury report
Tue, Jan 20, 2026, 10:53 AM
NBA Injury Report
Cam Thomas (hamstring) is not on the injury report for Wednesday's game against the Knicks.
Analysis: Thomas did not play in Monday's loss to the Suns, as it was the second game of a back-to-back. He'll likely be used in a reserve role on Wednesday, which does the guard no favors in terms of fantasy value or his hitting free agency in June.
Ziaire Williams
Ziaire Williams scores 15 points vs. Phoenix
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 4:17 PM
Ziaire Williams accounted for 15 points (4-of-7 FGs, 4-of-4 FTs), two rebounds, one assist, two steals and three three-pointers in Monday's loss to the Suns.
Analysis: Williams has reached double figures in four of his last five appearances. However, Monday's game was his first since January 7, after he missed six games due to illness. Williams' season-long fantasy value has not been good enough to make him a player worth rostering, and one solid effort won't change that.
Terance Mann
Terance Mann records eight assists vs. Phoenix
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 4:16 PM
Terance Mann finished Monday's loss to the Suns with 10 points (4-of-6 FGs), four rebounds, eight assists and two three-pointers.
Analysis: In addition to recording a season-high in assists, Mann hit double figures in points for the first time in his last eight appearances. While he did start on Monday, the veteran wing only played 26 minutes. Therein lies the issue for Mann, along with the inconsistent production. Getting the younger players minutes will only become more of a priority for the Nets moving forward, so there isn't much to gain from rostering Mann.
Nic Claxton
Nic Claxton dishes out six assists vs. Phoenix
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 4:16 PM
Nic Claxton finished Monday's loss to the Suns with 12 points (6-of-8 FGs), eight rebounds, six assists and one blocked shot.
Analysis: Claxton is averaging career-highs in points and assists, with the latter category being more surprising. The Nets' center, who entered Monday averaging 4.1 assists per game, has recorded four or more in six of his last seven appearances. Unfortunately, Claxton has shot 40 percent from the foul line over the past two weeks, which limits his value in roster builds where that category is not being punted.
Michael Porter
Michael Porter Jr. leads Nets with 23 points
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 4:15 PM
Michael Porter Jr. recorded 23 points (10-of-23 FGs, 1-of-1 FTs), six rebounds, four assists, two steals and two three-pointers in Monday's loss to the Suns.
Analysis: Porter needed 23 shots to score his 23 points, with three-point shooting being the reason. A 40.5 percent shooter for the season, the Nets forward was 2-of-10 in Monday's defeat. Porter's 8-of-13 night from inside the arc ensured that his overall field-goal percentage didn't take too big of a hit, and the overall stat line was a good one. As always, the concern for fantasy managers is Porter's availability during playoff weeks, especially if he isn't moved at or before the February 5 trade deadline.
Day'Ron Sharpe
Day'Ron Sharpe (illness, throat) out Monday
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 7:30 AM
Day'Ron Sharpe
Day'Ron Sharpe (illness, throat) is out for Monday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: Sharpe will miss Monday's game due to two injuries: illness and a throat contusion. Danny Wolf and Jalen Wilson are two players who can absorb some of the minutes that would have gone to Sharpe, and the Nets can also stagger the minutes of starters Nic Claxton and Noah Clowney.
Ziaire Williams
Ziaire Williams (conditioning) available Monday
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 7:25 AM
NBA Injury Report
Ziaire Williams (conditioning) is off the injury report for Monday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: Due to an illness (four games) and conditioning (two), Williams has missed the Nets' last six games. His return on Monday gives the Nets added perimeter depth, which is vital since Egor Dëmin and Cam Thomas are out. Given the time missed, Williams will likely be under a minutes restriction in his first game back.
Michael Porter
Michael Porter Jr. (rest) available Monday
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 7:19 AM
NBA Injury Report
Michael Porter Jr. (rest) is available for Monday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: Porter is good to go after sitting out Sunday's loss to the Nets. His return to action means that Danny Wolf will likely head to the bench. The rookie's fantasy ceiling does take a hit, but playing time should not be a concern for Wolf.
Cam Thomas
Cam Thomas (hamstring) out Monday vs. Phoenix
Mon, Jan 19, 2026, 7:16 AM
NBA Injury Report
Cam Thomas (hamstring) is out for Monday's game against the Suns.
Analysis: Thomas will miss Monday's game due to injury management. Michael Porter Jr. (rest) is back and will serve as Brooklyn's primary scoring option, which will help compensate for Thomas' absence.
Ziaire Williams
Ziaire Williams (conditioning) out Sunday
Sat, Jan 17, 2026, 10:34 AM
C.J. Holmes
Ziaire Williams (conditioning) is out for Sunday's game against the Bulls.
Analysis: Williams will miss a sixth consecutive game due to injury. However, while the first four absences were due to an illness, the last two were due to a need to get his conditioning up to par. With Drake Powell (knee) also out, Nolan Traoré should play plenty. However, while the rookie may have added fantasy value after the trade deadline, Traoré is not a must-stream player at the moment.
Michael Porter
Michael Porter Jr. (rest) out Sunday vs. Chicago
Sat, Jan 17, 2026, 10:30 AM
C.J. Holmes
Michael Porter Jr. (rest) is out for Sunday's game against the Bulls.
Analysis: While the Nets don't have a back-to-back to consider, they're still giving Porter the night off. Danny Wolf has been his replacement in the past, and that should remain the case on Sunday. The rookie forward/center is worth streaming in deep leagues.
